Uri : The Surgical Strike - Hindi Patriotic Full Movie.

Plot Summary:-

The Uri Attack

The movie starts with the attack that happened with an Indian convoy in the North-East; it contains Major Vihaan Singh Shergill, played by Vicky Kaushal, who, through his tactical genius, was able to counter successfully such an attack. This need to care for his ailing mother from Alzheimer's disease saw him opt for early retirement.

However, hardly a few months into his retirement, a terrible terrorist attack is conducted at the Indian Army base in Uri that kills nearly eighteen soldiers, including his brother-in-law, Captain Karan Kashyap. The attack sends the entire nation in an uproar as people of the country cry for justice to be delivered to the slain soldiers.

Planning the Surgical Strike

Following the Uri attack, the Indian government decides to conduct a surgical strike to dismantle terrorist camps responsible for this. The mission is highly classified, and therefore Vihaan is asked to lead this in view of his combat experience and strategic insight. He agrees to do so, stirred by patriotism entwined with the urge for avenging the death of his sister's husband.

The team undergoes extensive training to learn different skills that would suit the extreme landscape of POK. Intelligence officer Pallavi Sharma, played by Yami Gautam, and National Security Advisor Govind Bharadwaj played by Paresh Rawal, join him in support and intelligence with Vihaan. All this has been planned on a large scale but at the same time very cautiously and silently, as the motive of crossing the border is to not be traceable.

Executing the mission

The daring mission is undertaken by Vihaan and his team in the wee hours as they walk through all kinds of hazardous terrain and, at times, inclement weather. They infiltrate multiple terrorist camps across the Line of Control (LoC) in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The strike is executed in an electrifying, bone-chillingly realistic sequence where soldiers use advanced technology with precision and bravery in neutralizing the terrorists while minimizing casualties to none.

The surgical strike is successful, and the terrorist camps that were targeted get blown to dust. A very loud and clear statement against terrorism is conveyed through this mission. The mission is accomplished without losing any of the soldiers, and the team returns to India as heroes.
